Privacy
This page explains what personal information we handle when you use resilientpeople.co, and your choices. It is written in plain language on purpose. In it, “we” means Resilient People, and you can reach us at info@joinresilientpeople.org.
What we collect
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we keep your message and your email address so we can reply.
- Booking a call. The “Book a call” page shows a calendar provided by HubSpot. If you book, you give HubSpot your name, email address, company and chosen time. HubSpot passes these to us so we can prepare for the call and follow up. HubSpot handles that data under its own privacy policy.
- Basic server records. Like most websites, our server keeps technical logs, such as your IP address, the pages requested and the time. We use them to keep the site secure and working.
We do not run advertising or analytics tools on this site, and we do not sell personal information.
Third-party services on the site
- Google Fonts loads our typefaces, which means your browser contacts Google when a page opens.
- YouTube hosts one video on the Impact page, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube may set cookies when you play it.
- HubSpot provides the booking calendar, as above, and may set cookies on that page.
- LinkedIn. Team photos and some buttons link to LinkedIn. Once you follow a link, that site’s own policy applies.
Why we use your information, and for how long
We use it to reply to you, to run and prepare calls you have booked, to keep the site secure, and to meet legal obligations. We keep it only as long as we need it for those purposes, then delete or anonymise it.
People shown on this site
Our team and apprentices appear on this site with their first names, roles and, where they wish, a link to their LinkedIn profile. If you appear on this site and would like something changed or removed, email us and we will act on it promptly.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent you gave. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our answer, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

- Links to other sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.
