Before anyone touches your prospects, they complete structured training on B2B fundamentals, ICP-specific messaging, objection handling, CRM discipline, and English business communication. Training is delivered in-hub in Nairobi and Turkana by our sales coaches and rotating guest practitioners from client teams.

We raise the bar, we don't lower it. Apprentices only deploy to live accounts once they hit certification thresholds.

Your account gets a named team — not a shared pool. We co-build the ICP, the messaging strategy, the cadence, and the escalation paths with your sales leadership before day one. Your SDRs work from our Nairobi hub on your email, LinkedIn, and calling stack, reporting into a dedicated Team Lead.
