Resilient People collects only the personal data you voluntarily provide through forms, email, or booking calls. We use it to respond to enquiries and deliver contracted services. We do not sell or share data with third parties except processors bound by data-protection agreements (e.g. HubSpot, Formspree).

Resilient People is committed to GDPR compliance for all EU data subjects. We sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with clients on request. Our SDR teams operate inside client-provided tooling under client data-handling rules; we do not transfer personal data to third-country infrastructure without explicit agreement.
